"Replace old hot water tank with new condensing bolier. (Vaillennt eco tec 24) Remove old gas fire & back boiler. Remove water tank (+one other) and all related pipe work. Install new pipe work, outlet & overflow pipe. Demonstrate wireless timer. Include 12m guarantee & Homecare contract. Job done by British Gas. £3229"
