About Bowen Healing:
My name is Kim and I have been a Bowen Therapist for 5 years.
I work from my home near Cambridge and have successfully treated a wide variety of ailments from chronic back pain to a blocked sinus.
Bowen is a very gentle treatment - it shouldn't hurt and can often be done through light clothing. The Bowen moves are precise and are done in groups in different parts of the body, often with breaks in-between.
A single treatment costs £30 and lasts up to one hour. Many people feel better after one visit but typically a course of treatment will take 1-3 sessions. Unlike some other therapies, where it could take 12 weeks to find out it's not right for you, with Bowen if you don't feel better after 3 treatments then it probably isn't working for you.
Bowen is effective at treating a wide variety of conditions, is relaxing, very gentle and has been successful for a very large percentage of my clients.

Qualification/Training:
Trained for 1 year with Bowen Association in the UK. This is followed by a day long practitioner 'exam' day which I passed.
As part of the Bowen training I have also had to study Anatomy and Physiology and sit an exam. This course lasted 1 year.
Each year I am required to undergo a 2 day training course to maintain my membership of the Bowen
