• Contractors must be in possession of the relevant building trade Tax certification
• All our Contractors are part of the newly formed A.I.B.C. (Association of Insurance Building Contractors).
• All appointments and start/completion dates must be relayed to our main office (from where they will be monitored)
• A 12 month guarantee for permanent repairs undertaken
• All contractors must price repair schemes on our agreed rates
• Emergency works – Attendance: 2hrs – Report: 24hrs
