ZAP services are a Tunbridge Wells Heating and Plumbing company. We have been working with the leadingLetting agencies and Estate agents in the Tunbridge Wells area providing boiler repairs,servicing and installations to a wide range of demanding customers from professional Landlords whose property is their livelihood to new homeowners creating their dream home as well as providing an emergency repair service to anyone who has a problem with their boiler. We also provide service contracts covering Landlord's Gas Safety certificates, boiler servicing and whole house protection.
At ZAP services we depend upon our reputation so customer care is our main priority. We aim to look after your property with as much care as if it was our own.
Along side our heating service we build bathrooms and kitchens to the highest specifications using a team of skilled and motivated tradespeople to make your dreams a reality.
If you are a Landlord then we aim to keep your tenants as happy as possible. We can provide a complete maintenance service as well as helping you comply with all your legal obligations. We are Gas safe registered and experts in Landlord's Gas Safety inspections, we are licenssed Domestic Energy assesors so we can provide you with the EPC that you require to let your property and we are also qualified PAT testers and can carry out your annual appliances test.
