Car prices for car tyres
In the UK it is illegal to drive your car with any tyres that are excessively worn. All tyres must have a tread of at least 1.6mm. A badly worn tyre will give poor performance, particularlly when trying to stop quickly in the wet. You should check your car tyres regularly to check that they have sufficient tread depth. Replacing your car tyres can be a costly business, but it has been scientifically proven that the premium brand tyres do offer better stopping distances, particularly in the wet.
