A spark plug is to be found inside the cylinder head of an engine and causes the ignition of the fuel air mixture that drives a for example a car petrol engine. Spark plugs should be checked at regular intervals and changed during a major car service. Worn out spark plugs can lead to poor engine efficiency and even in the car not starting at all.
