Had a problem with a tripping fuse box. Called out company found through Yellow Pages. 2 hours later said he could not find the fault, even though he agreed there was one, charged me £297 and left. When i asked for a refund from the Company - they refused and said electrican had done his job. Called another electrician out, he did find a fault in a cable, charged me only £100, had no problems since. I am so angry that so many trades are getting away with this! £297 item/job London 2006-03-09
