Building prices for loft conversion whole project
This is the cost for converting your loft into some form of living accommodation. This is the total cost (unless said otherwise) and includes the planning, materials and building. The conversion could be used as an office, a bedroom (plus en-suite) and maybe just a spare room. The more complex the conversion the more the cost. So, a simple office conversion will cost a lot less than adding a bedroom and en-suite plus a couple of dormers.
