Building prices for plastering ceiling skimmed
The total cost including materials and labour for a plasterer to come and skim the ceiling of a room. Applying a skim coat (a thin layer of finishing compound) to a ceiling is a process known as skimming. Ceilings are even harder than walls to skim succesfully so you may want to think twice about doing a DIY skim unless you are experienced or willing to learn the hard way.
