Electrician prices for periodic electrical inspection incl certificate
Each year it is wise ( especially if you run a business when your insurance may require you to) have a safety electrical inspection done on your home or premises. Periodic inspections should only be carried out by fully qualified electricians and you should be given a certificate after the inspection.

| Enybody reading this should be aware that it is an imposibility to do a full PIR in 2 hours, unless it is for a dog kennel. Expect to pay for an average condition 3 bed house about £140 in the south, then you will get a proper inspection not someone incompetent wanting to create work for themselves. You are better to pay a bit more and have it done properly as safety is the priority not creating unneccesery work.
