How much does it cost to fit a kitchen?
Kitchens are both aspirational and necessary, and reflect this massively in the cost of supply and installation. An investment in a new kitchen is one of the most expensive spent on a house but with good research, and shopping around you can still install a very nice kitchen for a reasonable amount.
Kitchen quality has improved hugely over the years with online suppliers often matching the quality supplied by some of the most expensive suppliers around, with kitchens a high price doesn’t necessarily guarantee quality. The most cost effective route is to buy your kitchen and find a fitter to install it, often kitchen fitters are freelance and you’ll find the same fitter installing kitchens from premium brands alongside DIY kitchens.
Below you’ll find prices submitted by WhatPrice users that have either had a kitchen installed or had one quoted. The prices can either be to simply install kitchen units or complete supply & fit. Some of the prices may also include removing the existing units as well. See the detailed description for more information. However, if there is one area of a kitchen that is worth paying attention to it’s the quality of the doors and drawers of your units. They always seem to be the first thing to go after the initial gloss has tarnished of the new kitchen.
