I have given 4 stars overall. The boiler installation was carried out efficiently, and Ashley, the engineer, was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process.

I had a couple of issues with the boiler after installation and needed to call for advice, and Ashley was always responsive, offering guidance and coming out when needed. His customer service was excellent and he is a real credit to the company. The reason I have not given 5 stars is because of a few issues. I experienced a couple of problems with the boiler that required follow-up support, and I was also disappointed with the delivery service. I was not informed beforehand that the delivery team would not bring the boiler into the property. The boiler was left outside, and when I asked the delivery driver if he could help me move it inside, he refused and simply left. As the boiler was quite heavy, I then had to struggle to move it on my own. While Ashley’s service was outstanding, the lack of communication about the delivery process and the unhelpful attitude of the delivery driver detracted from what would otherwise have been a 5-star experience.
