How much to replace a central heating pump
The pump helps circulate hot water around the central heating system. It is a fairly common item to go wrong either becoming very noisy of simply seizing up. When this happens the boiler can overheat and shut down (for safety reasons). In principle it’s not too hard to replace but I’d rather not. These are the prices people have paid to have a pump replaced (or repaired if possible) and includes the cost of the pump and the time required to replace it by the plumber.
