How Much Does a New Roof Cost?

New roof cost

Typically you will consider two types of roof – a flat roof or a pitched roof. A pitched roof can be covered using clay or concrete tiles or using natural material such as slate, there are also reconstituted slates available that look almost as good as natural slate. Our roof replacement calculator can provide ballpark figures for different types of pitched roof coverings.

For a flat roof great care must be taken to ensure that it doesn’t leak as it more prone to standing water. Typically flat roofs can be covered with bitumen felt, rubber or GRP (glass reinforced plastic).
