Building prices for joiner roof
Often this cost will be included in the total price submitted for building a new house or perhaps an extension. Here we show some examples of how much it is separate to the overall price. This is the cost for a joiner to supply and install all the woodwork for the roof and if not stated assume that the roof tiles are in addition.
